Since October 1965, the Chelan-Douglas Community Action Council has been helping people and changing lives. We are a private non-profit organization providing assistance with home heating, energy conservation, housing, education, phone assistance, adult literacy, food assistance, and food distribution.The first few images are from the late 1960's. The image of the fire is when the building burned down In the mid 1990's. The last three images are of the building being torn down and the building now as it stands today.
